Residential Cleaning
Our residential cleaning services help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home. We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your routine, including weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time cleanings.

• Cleaning kitchen counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts, and drawer fronts

Please note that our standard residential rates are designed for routine upkeep. For homes that need a deeper reset, our Deluxe Cleaning package ensures we have all the extra time needed to thoroughly care for your space.
Deluxe Cleaning
A deep cleaning service for homes that need extra attention beyond routine maintenance. Often recommended for first-time service, seasonal cleaning, special occasions, or homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently.
Services may include:
• Hand-wiping baseboards, doors, and door frames
• Detailed scrubbing of showers, tubs, and bathroom tile
• Dusting and wiping down ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air vents
• Wiping down window sills, blinds, and trim
• Cleaning the inside of microwave and wiping large appliance exteriors
• Everything included in our standard Residential Cleaning

Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
Detailed cleaning for empty or mostly empty homes before moving in, moving out, listing, closing, resident turnover, or welcoming new occupants.
Designed for the areas people notice during walkthroughs, move-out inspections, showings, and new-occupant preparation. This service helps leave the space clean, refreshed, and ready for its next chapter.
Services include cleaning accessible areas such as:
• Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, and main living areas
• Inside empty cabinets, drawers, shelves, closets, and storage areas
• Cabinet fronts, drawer fronts, counters, sinks, fixtures, and appliance exteriors
• Interior ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and appliance areas
• Doors, door frames, trim, baseboards, switch plates, and frequently touched surfaces
• Fans, vents, blinds, ledges, light fixtures, and accessible detail areas
• Faucet handles, fixture bases, and safely removable fixture covers
• Interior glass, windowsills, and window tracks
• Corners, edges, buildup, dust, dirt, and commonly missed areas
• Vacuuming carpets and cleaning hard-surface floors
• Removing small amounts of loose trash or debris

RV, Camper & Travel Trailer Cleaning
Professional interior cleaning for RVs, campers, and travel trailers. Ideal for sale preparation, upcoming travel, seasonal use, or storage.
Services may include cleaning empty and accessible areas
• Thorough dusting and wiping of interior surfaces and walls
• Kitchen area cleaning including counters, sinks, cabinet fronts, drawer fronts, and appliance exteriors
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing
• Refreshing bedroom areas, bunk areas, and built-in storage spaces
• Interior glass, window tracks, and flooring
•Removing small amounts of loose trash and debris
• Interior cabinet, drawer, refrigerator, microwave, and oven cleaning when listed in the quote
• Exterior kitchen-area surface cleaning upon request
Carpet and upholstery deep extraction or machine shampooing are not included, though light topical spot treating may be performed on accessible surface marks. This is an interior-only service. Exterior washing, awning cleaning, roof care, mechanical maintenance, heavy trash removal, mold remediation, pest infestation cleanup, and biohazard cleanup are not included.
Organizing Services
We help create more functional spaces that are easier to maintain and enjoy. Each project begins with sorting and decluttering, followed by categorizing and arranging what remains. Services may include:
• Kitchens and pantries
• Closets
• Bedrooms
• Bathrooms
• Laundry rooms
• Move-In unpacking
•Other agreed-upon areas
Clients make all final decisions about items to keep, donate, or discard. Light surface cleaning may be included as part of an organizing project. More detailed cleaning can be added or combined with organizing services when requested and listed in the quote.
Removal of client-approved donation or disposal items may be arranged separately. Large furniture, appliances, heavy items, and full-property cleanouts require a dedicated hauling service.
Airbnb & Vacation Rental Turnovers
Cleaning and resetting short-term rental properties, cabins, and lake homes between guest stays to help create a clean, welcoming experience for incoming guests.
Services may include:
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
• Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and cleaning hard-surface floors
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Changing beds with owner-provided clean linens
• Placing fresh, owner-provided towels
• Restocking owner-provided guest essentials
• Resetting rooms and returning items to their designated places
• Reporting visible damage or maintenance concerns
Owner provides linens, towels, and guest supplies. Routine dishes and limited on-site laundry may be included when agreed upon. Excessive dishes, additional laundry, unusual messes, restocking beyond the agreed scope , and deep cleaning are quoted separately.
Small Office & Business Cleaning
Routine commercial cleaning services for small offices, studios, storefronts, and professional workspaces. Services are customized based on the property, schedule, and cleaning frequency.
Services may include:
• Dusting and sanitizing desks, conference tables, and work surfaces
• Cleaning and disinfecting employee breakrooms, kitchenettes, and restrooms
• Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard-surface flooring
• Emptying office trash bins, recycling, and replacing liners
• Wiping down high touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and shared equipment
• Cleaning glass entry doors and interior partition windows
Specialty floor care, carpet extraction, full window cleaning, hazardous waste, and biohazard cleanup are not included in routine service. To protect client privacy and data security, we do not remove loose paperwork on desks, handle sensitive documents, or clean specialized electronics and server rooms unless explicitly detailed in the service contract.
Home Staging & Listing Preparation
Home staging with existing furnishings and décor to create polished, welcoming spaces for listing photos, open houses, and scheduled showings.
Services may include:
• Arranging counters, shelves, and open surfaces
• Styling pillows, throws, bedding, and towels
• Adjusting blinds and lighting
• Repositioning small furniture and décor
• Reducing visible clutter and distractions
• Adding thoughtful finishing touches
• Completing a final home-readiness check
Available as a standalone service or combined with Dustbusterz cleaning and organizing services.
Furniture rental, full vacant-home staging, major redesign, structural changes, and moving heavy furniture are not included.
